Bulk Container Liner
Bulk container Liners are used for bulk cargoes, such as granulates or grains. A plastic bag (liner bag) is hung in the container to prevent contamination of the product. The containers are loaded by means of loading tubes, hanging in the manholes in the roof of the container. There are various types of bulk containers. Bulk containers has two or three manholes in the roof; no discharge hatches or various hatches in the doors or a discharge hatch over the entire width of the container on the front. General loading method including, - Loading by gravity (direct from silo) - powders & granules - Loading by screw / belt conveyor - malt, cocoa & coffee beans- Loading by pneumatic system with filling pipe - powders & granules Unloading method,- by Tilting - By using pneumatic system
