Single-Bending Metal Tube Bender With Mandrel

Adopting solenoid valve and integrated circuit to control every motion separately. That extends the life of the parts of hydraulicsystem. Three-step circuit is with the functions of cooling & sedimentation to keep hydraulic oil from deterioraion. Main shaft is heat-treated specially and the bending arm is made of special forged steel. All the parts are made under very strict quality control so that the quality of machine is good & the specification is standardized. The machines is with emergency stop device. Both manual and automatic operation are available. Various angles can be set. You can bend one pipe with several bending on one machine only to save the time of re-loading & unloading among different machines. The control panel has clear description for every button / gauge, so non-technician still can operate our machine correctly. Can be equipped with an automatic feeding device. This device has the function of pipe-length setting up. Besides, our machine (NC type) can make 10-angle bending with the Japanese-made micro encoder at the same time. Due to these 2 factors, our machine can produce many kinds of sophisticated/complicated bending-pipe as clients` wish and the clients spend much less labor cost than using other brand machines. With our NC type machines, client can bend the pipes as their own wishes if they make right adjustments on 3 points:( 1 ) The stroke of automatic feeding device.( 2 ) The angle of bending.( 3 ) The number of feeding.
