This system consists of conveyor, crusher, washing conveyor, rinsing machine, centrifugaldewatering machine and baler. It is specially designed for crushing andcleaningPET bottles. The flakes are washed in the rinsing chute after the originalor compressed bottles are crushed into flakes in the crusher. After that, theflakes are transferred and washed in two friction washing chutes to remove dirty,oil, paper, glue and plastic labels thoroughly. Then the flakes are packed inbags after the moisture of the flakes is removed centrifugally in the hydoextractor.The washing efficiency is very good and the crushed flakes are very clean.
