The material will penetrate the screen cloth as it is meant to do, passing through to the middle deck.Middle Deck: Again, the deck will not peg or clog. The passing material will penetrate the cloth to get to the bottom deck better than with woven wire. Production will increase, because more material will pass per hour than with woven wire. The product will be cleaner, as well, because the vibrating action of the wires causes the fines to vibrate off of the rock, sending both through the cloth. Flex-Mat 3 has actually allowed some producers to eliminate washing to get a clean product because of this.Bottom Deck: With more material getting through to the bottom deck, fines will not build up, so blinding will no longer be a problem.
