We wish to sell COPPER CATHODE through our associated seller`s agent in U.S.A. as follows.Both Parties hereto hereby agree to the following Price Structure of USD-5200/MT CIF ASWP---- per metric ton and terms of Sale of the Quantity and Quality of Copper Cathode Plates subject matter of this SPAC:PAYMENT TERMSBoth Parties hereto hereby agree that the Payment terms for the shipment of the total Consignment of Copper Cathode Plates under this SPAC shall be as follows:a. By an Irrevocable, Revolving, Stand By Letter of Credit (L/C) or BG payable 100% at sight at counter of the bank of Seller against the shipping documents. The seller has right to request the L/C to be confirmed. The draft SBLC/BG is required to be approved by the sellerb. Payment for every shipment delivered shall be by BANK TO BANK SWIFT TRANSFER TO BANK OF SELLER.c. Bank of buyer shall issue via SWIFT a Pre-advice letter of Credit or Bank Commitment letter or LOU (Bank Lettter of Undertaking) as per the Appx-A, within 7 banking days to bank of Seller after signing the Hard copies of Sales And Purchase Agreementd. Seller shall provide POP (Proof of Product) to bank of Buyer after receipt and acceptance of Pre-advice Letter of Credit or LOU (Bank Commitment Letter of Undertaking)e. The Buyer opens SBLC or BG revolvingf.
