Cbo065Car baler is the machine you need to convert all grades of loose bulky metals into valuable logs, it produces a bale quickly, efficiently, and neatly.To run the baler, the control opens the upper door. A car or other material is placed on baler floor with a crane, wheel loader or skid-steer loader. Then the operator pushes a button on the control, the door closes and compresses the material. The side lid comes and pushes it to other side. Then the axial compression cylinder pushs the car or material in to a pre-set pressure or distance.The large bailing chamber can be used to compress an entire car body or volumes of mixed light scrap. The unique hinged wing incorporating a hammer action are ideal for compacting and reducing bulky scrap items. The final compression is achieved by a heavy duty hydraulic cylinder forming a dense bale at the corner of the chamber.Our baler is 100 percent automated. Our baler is larger and can fit larger cars. Our baler allows you to just set a car on the door with a front end loader. Our baler handles up to 6 m cars.The baler can be delivered with optional crane of 6m reach and can lift 1500 kg which gives the process a complete operation autonomy on the different collection sites.
