1. Square cold-roll void forming steel complies with GB/T6728 national standards2. Specifications of square steel (electric resistance welded tubes):a) The length and tolerance refers to the following formb) High precision welded tubes may be manufactured upon the customer`s needsc) Length: 3,500 - 10,000mm, or cut upon the customer`s needs3. The welded tubes are made of 08F, 08 (SPHC, SPCC), 10F, 10, 15F, 15.20 and Q195, Q215, Q235 steels; or with other welded steels and high corrosion resistance steel through the consultations between both parties4. Mechanical properties of the steel tubes comply with the following requirements:5. Package: steel tube package complies with GB2102 national standards.a) Steel tubes are packed in bundles, and then fastened with three or four layers of metal parts according to the tube length before they are deliveredb) Steel tubes for export: the internal and external surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil, then pack tightly with the below methods. The internal layer is packed with composite film kraft paper (moisture-proof paper), and the outer layer is packed with glass fiber materials. The max weight of every bundle shall not exceed 2,000kgb) Or packed upon the special requirements of the customers6. The section dimension, wall thickness and tolerance of ellipse cold-roll void forming steels can refer to the tolerance of rectangular cold-roll void forming steels, and the shapes ca n be decided through the consultation between both parties
