Project contentBuild one 300m3 environment-protecting, energy-saving and long life blast furnace to match the existing di pipe producing line.4. Benefit anticipatingAfter the blast furnace is finished, it can produce 360,000 tons molten iron per year and the annual income is rmb 648,000,000, the profit will be rmb36,000,000, the profit/investment ratio is 36%, the investment recover period is 2.7 years.7. Market divination160,000 tons of molten iron will be used in centrifugal cast di pipe production, 5000 tons of molten iron be used in di fittings production, and the remaining 195,000 tons of molten iron will be sold to the steel factories, cast factories nearby or be made into bread pig iron to sell. The main material of this project is iron powder and coke that will be purchased from shanxi and baoding laiyuan district nearby, so it cost little in transportation and purchasing. The di pipe production line use the molten iron that come directly from blast furnace, this will save the iron-melting energy significantly, result in a great production cost reduction.
