Faco Automation offers special purpose equipment Pin feeding attachment for center-less grinding machine. This attachment is used to feed longer pins into the center-less grinding machine automatically without the use of manpower. This retrofitting make the existing conventional center-less grinding machine into an unmanned automatic high productive machine for mass volume of jobs in the form of pins.The special feature of this machine is that the machine is fully automatic, synchronized with the center-less grinding machine. It is pneumatically driven and electronically controlled for productivity. The machine can be loaded up to 1000 pins at a time for a lot. The minimum and maximum diameter of the pin is unlimited. (1mm to any diameter) . The length of the pin can be up to 1000 mm depending upon the model of the attachment.The machine gives and alarm and stops the whole operation incase of any fault and if the loaded pins are processed.This machine needs 6bar / dry / lubricated / filtered air supply to run it. This machine also needs 230V AC electrical supply. Custom built design is possible.Application: Automotive components, job orders companies, textiles spares manufacturers, toys, tool room, special products, instruments, welding rod manufacturers, bearing manufacturers, mosquito liquidator manufacturers, chain manufacturers, Induction hardening, etc.
