The machine is equipped with two high-efficiency injectors, united high performancemould clamping and PC control system to be suited in using EVA compound for flexibleproduction of expanded midsole (mould wedge), unit sole and various kind of EVAfoaming products after mould-opening.1. Injection systemThe measuring mechanism utilizes potentiometer detection and coordinates with the operation of PLC to control material quantity precisely.The two injectors move by applying worm gear decelerator conjoins brake motor todrive and the high speed movement is controlled by inverter; the position can besensed by ultra-sonic wave linear displacement transducer accurately.2. Mold clamping systemThe two-step speedymould mould opening/closing mechanism with detecting device offully mould closing.The large mould plate design can apply to various style of moulds flexibly with highaccommodation.3. PC controlling systemUtilized industrial workstation computer in windows control system applying picturetype of operation with touch screen to monitor the screw turning speed, injectionvolume, injection time, injection temperature, mould temperature, movement time andproductivity on line, easy to lead and operate.Equipped with PLC modular system, every function structure is clear.4. Hydraulic systemUtilized three pumps work individually to reduce noise and enhance efficiency.Adopted proportion valve to coordinate the computer system, allowing precise controlof the pressure and flow rate.5. Accessories:Every operation aspect is equipped with pneumatic circulation system.Equipped with automatic lubrication system.Equipped with lubrication oil recyclable device.
