So we will no longer offer soft quotes. Any requests will be ignored and go unanswered.Our procedures are simple:1. All request will include a fresh valid LOI and BCL, or an ICPO with complete banking and authorization to do a soft probe. They must also include a realistic target price.2. Requests for an SGS, Bill of Lading, or POP upfront will be ignored. Our sellers will offer POP vs POF Bank to Bank once the contract is signed.3. Any requests for FCOs upfront will be ignored.4. Any requests for High Commissions or KickBacks will be ignored.5. Payment term is by Irrevocable Transferable & Revolving Confirmed L/C or Bank Guarantee from international bank.6. Our minimum order is 5000mt with capacity of up to 100,000mt/month,please give and aware of market price,unrealistic target price will be ignored unless the buyer is willing to reconsider and renegotiate the price.7.Draft contract will be given upon receiving all the documents together with FCO upon agreement of price.Seller will send invitation letter to the buyer to finalize the contract in the sellers office.8.The origin will be either Indonesia or Malaysia depends on the availability of stock,the term will be FOB at Port Indonesia or Port Klang,Malaysia,shipping will be handled by seller with the cost by the buyer.This will be discussed during the discussion at the sellers office.Port of loading will be decided by the seller.These procedures have been around for ages and have always worked.If you are a real buyer and have a real need that you want done in a speedy and professional manner, and you are ready and able to move forward, then contact us and let us fill your demands.
