BANGIFLOW SL is sodium salt of L (+) lactic acid produced by sugar fermentation. It is an amber liquid with a slight saline taste. Sodium lactate is registered in Europe as a food additive with the reference E325. This product complies with the specification of the Food Chemical Codex (FCCV).Because of its moderate acidic taste, of its efficient antimicrobial effect and more particularly of its natural presence in animal tissues, sodium lactate is increasingly used in the meat industry. Sodium lactate is used as antimicrobial agent to increase shelf life. Furthermore, it is a naturally existing moisturizer and thus used in cosmetic industry.It is Halal and Kosher certified product
