FRP Services has been working for more than 30 years with leading producers of fiber glass reinforcement products from Japan and around the globe. To obtain fiber glass products, selected raw materials are melted in special furnaces (at a temperature up to 1550 C). This glass in fusion feeds bushings (special moulds with hundreds of holes) and then is drawn into fine fiber forms (glass flows from the holes and is drawn at high speed). Fine fibers are then processed to various types of reinforcements as well as Textiles yarns and fabrics. Reinforcement products - Roving, Woven Roving, Chopped Strands, Chopped Strand mat, Textile, Fabrics - are used to make a wide range of Reinforcement Plastics products which are used in Construction, Marine, Automotive, Anti-corrosion, Electrical / Electronic and Sport / Consumer goods markets.
