CL series winding machine is a new type of machine designed, developed and manufactured by their technicians through years practices. It combines with the feature in the light textile industry both at home and abroad with the new design, easy operation, stable performance and multi-purpose. It is also equipped with the new generation digital tension force controller, auto-memory upon power failure devices and auto-stop upon thread breaking apparatus.CL series winding machines have three series: A type cone, B type horn and C type cylinder. Each series has been shaped into the effective length according to the balls with various specifications. The common specifications are: 1.6 inches (40mm), 1.8 inches (45mm), 2 inches (50mm), 3 inches (75mm), 3.2 inches (80mm), 3.4 inches (85mm), 3.6 inches (90mm), 3.8 inches (95mm), 4 inches (100mm), 5 inches (125mm), 5.5 inches (137.5mm), and 6 inches (150mm).
