It has the units asaxis-less pneumatic top plate, pre-register device, seven electrical motors,and tensile control system to use imported PLC to carry on the logical controland protection. This machine has the characteristics such as the reasonablepress structure, easy to operate, high speed printing, high precision registration,and less material consumption. The imported well-known brand componentsused in control system and the important parts in this press guarantee highreliability and stability of this machine.Capability characteristics:1) The machine uses imports PLC to carry on the logical control and theprotection2) Closed loop control of four units tension: the unwind, outfeeding, infeedingand rewind adopts closed loop tensile control system which is dancer and ACvector motors (seven motors tensile control system)3) The parameter setups and the tensile demonstration in the four sections oftensile on the machine are carried on by two men-machine contact surfaces inthe front or the back4) The touching screen shows running status in various operating points, and preciselydemonstrates machine running rate and printing length5) The printing roller uses the non-axis pneumatic top device for convenient replacement and the accurate localization6) The rewind and unwind unit uses double independently turn-over structure,the high speed and non-stop automatic connecting printing material which reducesmaterial waste when recharges7) The printing ink is automatic circulated and pneumatic pressurizes the inkscrape, the pressure can be adjustable8) The automatic constant temperature control system in used for the film drying.It has such devices as the internal recycling drying case, the waste gas discharger,hot air recycling unit and so on9) The water cooling roller is equipped in the outlet of drying case for coolingand reducing the stretch phenomenon on the material10) The domestically produced new automatic color printing control system andthe static picture supervisory system is used11) The color printing scan can carry on the high speed track, which has theextremely high resolution precision and the anti-jamming ability for transparentor non-transparent printing.
