Use: The machine is computer equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic control system. (with servo moto, touch screen). The longiludinal dimension is continuously sealed by heated wire, which can be adjusted after top folding. A low friction top folding devicefor a single or twin sided fold through a system of folding rollers with guideplates is fitted. At the rear, there is one unwind station for the the polyethlenehandle film. The film has a width identical to the loop length. The film is cutinto narrow strips and fed into the top fold. The flexible film feeding systemis driven by pneumatic control. The roll of the film is fed, cut and welded automaticallyand is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag. The size ofthe bag is easily changed with no limit. The series of the machine uses Erwin Sickphotocells for precise control of print image to the side weld.
