AVA Groups facilities use the latest and most advanced technology, in accordance with quality standards of QS9000 and also in accordance with the ISO technical specification of ISO/TS 16949.AVA Group places a great importance on sustainability, designing more efficient parts using the highest quality of raw material and components to deliver high performance motors with longer performance life expectancies. Our facilities use automatic high precision lines, capable of providing high qualitycomponents for alternators and starters. We ensure that each component of our products is tested thoroughly before assembly. There are also on-line tests, final tests and various othertests to ensure that our products can meet our high quality standards and that of our OEMcustomers. Our engineers and technicians are trained for OEM and OES requirements, ensuring our products are of highest quality form design stage until they’re shipped from our facility. Given that the alternator plays a key role in the automotive electrical system, our componentsand raw material are tested to be of the highest quality, and for a few components such as diodes, regulator and other components not produced in our facilities, we purchase fromwell known global brands which supply to other OEM manufacturers as well. Consideringthat our production lines and machinery are of the latest technology and tested by D&V testing equipment, our facilities can meet both OEM and OES delivery deadlines.
