Application：This system is designed to cool and fold the rubber sheet discharged from open mill or roller head extruder after internal mixer. Remarkable Feature：a) Saving system installed space: With same system designed length, the U Type cooling system can double cooling rubber sheet.b) Saving human power: A single working term can collect the rubber sheets after cooling and monitor the before-cooling rubber feeding into the cooling system at the same time and the same position.c) Optional automatically grabbing device design.d) Optional swing set or cutting set design.Structure Feature:a) Dipping Tank i. Dipping tank is designed to dip rubber sheet before into cooling box.。 ii. With surrounding cooling water pipes design, the dipping tank can keep stable working temperature. iii. Optional Print or Emboss code unit can be installed. iv. Optional stainless mesh belt design in the dipping tank to transfer rubber sheet from upper stream equipment to lifting conveyer automatically.b) Rubber Sheet Lifting Conveyer i. Lifting conveyer consists of heatproof belt and rollers. The main function is to clamp rubber sheet and transfer into the cooling box.c) Rubber Sheet Cooling Box i. The Rubber Sheet Cooling Box consists of stainless hanging bar, driving motor (or air cylinder), and guiding rails. The main function for this box is to transfer the rubber sheet circling to well cooling. The pitch between hanging bars could be designed according to the request.d) Cooling Fans i. It consists of 6 heavy duty electric fan to generate cooling fan into the cooling box. ※ The special request of electric fan capacity can be accepted. e) Take Away Conveyer i. Take Away conveyer consists of transferring belt and rollers. The main function is to grab the cool rubber sheet from cooling box and transfer it to collection device. ii. Optional swing set or cutting set design. iii.
