WF67 Series Hydraulic Press Brake for Bending Carbon Steel This bending machine is designed limiting limit elements analyzing and optimization made of entirely steel structure. Using libration effort to eliminate inner stress, the rigidity of machine is guaranteed.1 Slider adopt torsion shaft synchronization mechanism, high-precision twisting axis centering taper bearings at both ends of torsion shaft ,and to install loads ,can make the workpiece acquire better precision of bending .2 The bending angle adjustment by reducer driven by a mechanical block inside the fuel tank, trip counter display value.3 This bending machine installed long-distance pressure-regulator valve on column right side.4Inside the bending machine's wallboard  with manual pumps.5 Bending machine's back gauge adopt grinding plate design ,high regulation accuracy.6，Total steel-welded structure and stress elimination by vibration,high mechanical strength and good rigidity.7，Hydraulic top-drive ,stepless pressure adjustment and high quality sealing rings imported from overseas to ensure the machine tools reliability.8，Mechanical stop and steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization and high precision.9，The stroke and distance of the back gauge is adjusted by the motor and is well adjusted by hand,the adjustment is displayed by digital meters.10，Deflection compensation device is provided for the upper die and or for the lower die if the operation pressure is 250T or above.11，Safe fence and electric inter locker have been designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety.Â
