2.Connection and Installation
Among the kinds of connection methods, socket fusion processed are most usually used to connect the piping system. We can provide all kinds of fittings and accessories, such as tees, male & female thread connectors, reducer, elbows, saddle fittings, valves, welding machines and assembly tools. Main processed of socket fusion:
1）Cut the piping perpendicularly to its axis, using an appropriative pair of scissors.( slightly rotate the scissors during the cutting process to get a round piping end.)
2）Mark the piping with a particular pen according to the fusion depth of the fitting.
3）Put the piping and the fitting onto the male/female moulds of the fusion machine and heat them at the fixed temperature of 260℃ for prescriptive time.
4）Push the piping into the fitting, then hold them to finish the fusion process
