heater is heating system with electric heaters. It is a new type of heating
element in gas heating system.
The apparatus main include the heater, the heating element and control
system.Heating element is made of stainless steel heating tube, 0Cr27Al7MO2
temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder and the
compression molding process, so that the service time of
electric heating elements can be
guaranteed. Control part adopts high-precision digital display
temperature controller, solid state relays, etc., to ensure the normal
operation of the heater.

system and several other parts.The temperature resistance wire is
put in the metal tube of the tublar heating element, tightly filled in the gap
portion with good insulating properties and thermal properties of the
crystalline magnesium oxide powder.It has many good characteristics suchas the
advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength,
corrosion resistance and so on by using
tubular heater for heating element.Clapboard
is installed in the body of diversion
cylinder,which makes the the flow of gas heated evenly.
