Automatic Gasoline Nozzle
Main compound and reflux valves offer compact structure, pressure loss<br>reduction with an increase in flux.<br><br>Accurate flux control allows your customers to top off their tank to<br>the exact amount they want with an easy to stop gasoline flow.<br><br>Changeable 360° swivel joint, which customers can change according<br>to necessity in order to prevent the hose from being wounded.<br><br>Hold-open rack for easy three kind flow rate settings for customer<br>convenience.<br><br>Saw-tooth outer nozzle for a tight fit with the oil box in order to<br>secure the nozzle position.<br><br>Automatic self-lock design, which allow the nozzle to automatically<br>close to avoid leakage and incident when pointing upwards.<br><br>Working theory<br>Open the Nozzle, then the hydraulic oil will open the main valve (Picture<br>1), and flow into container through body and the pipe. At the same time<br>the high speed oil runs though the umbrella valve (Picture 1) and produces<br>minus air pressure, the air flows through the iris diaphragm up (Picture2.)<br>to the vacuum room, safely cuts off the upper hole (Picture 3.) and then<br>transfers the air through the separate channel up the oil pipe (Picture 4.)<br>and enters in order to keep the pressure balance.<br><br>If the oil is full, the oil level will block the airflow mouth and make<br>the vacuum produce a minus pressure in order to move the iris diaphragm<br>upwards. As a result, the tie-bar will lose balance with the effect of<br>the spring to close the main valve. Finally, the self-closing process<br>is complete.<br><br>border=0><br>
