Italian knitwear factory was founded in 1952 by four brothers, in the small town of Sant Egidio alla Vibrata.It manufactures high quality knitwear for men and women.In 1962, the company establishes the present plant, which during the years has enlarged several times and is presently 20,000 square mt of covered surface.Few years later, DS4 is founded, the predominant factory in the production of garments made of knitted fabric. The success of this initiative leads the company to win bigger and bigger market shares, especially during the period of the Italian economic recovery, which coincides with the definitive achievement of the company both on the national and foreign markets.In 1980, a new factory for dyeing and treating of garments is founded. Developed in a very modern plant of 5.000 square mt, it gives immediately its contribution to optimize the internal production and it has capacity enough to work on behalf of third parties too.After the opening of a show room in Milan, Via Montenapoleone, the company has incorporated a knitwear factory, with a plant of 9000 square mt.In 2000, the new head office is founded through a refined renovate building of an old furnace. The factory specializes in production of machine-knitted fabrics.In 2002 the architect Guido Canali is entrusted to develop the new and prestigious plant of about 40.000 square mt, which has space for 500 employees and a totally renewed machinery complex. Next to the founders the new generation of sons manages the company strategic points, all with the same desire to join tradition and innovation, ancient artisan technics and modern production processes with the goal to maintain the motto that distinguishes constantly the company policy: Quality is always fashionable.The company is present with its stand at Pitti Immagine Uomo (Florence), CPD (Dusseldorf), Follow Up (Dusseldorf) Munich Fashion Fair (Munich) and West Coast Exclusive (Las Vegas).The company wishes to get in touch with importers, wholesalers and trading companies interested in Italian knitwear.Target countries: Far East, Japan, Singapore and China.
