Francesco" this clementino with its greemish colour, is completly ripe in the first weeks of October, opening the citrus fruit season.LemonIt is an acidulous fruit (for the presence of the citric acid), with poor quantity of sugar and low calories value (32 calories in 100 grams). It is very rich of Vitamin C, contains Vitamin P, notable quantity of potassium, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, it is an anti-haemorrhagic.The lemon juice is a seasoning that can replace the vinegar, gives scent to the beverages, adds vitamins to fried food, it has a disinfectant action. Lemon juice can be given to the breast-fed. Sweetened, it can be given to feverish convalescents, to elders.
