Introduction
1.The tail gas circulation process is to return part of tail gas as cycle gas to the reactor,recycling the reaction heat,reducing the processing load of the tail gas,and also could produce higher concentrations of formaldehyde.
2.Disadvantage is higher power consumption,steam pressure and steam volume produced is less than non-tail gas circulation method.

The whole formaldehyde consist of Evaporator,Superheater,Filter flame arrester,Reactor(Oxidizer),Absorbe Tower 1,Absorber Tower 2&3,Plate condenser ,Tail gas system and etc.
