Chips
custom
ceramic poker chips are casino quality and fully custom. Both faces and the edge
can be completely customized. The image is a part of the chip. It is not a
sticker, label, or any type of ink on top of the chip.

textures surface.
5. Aligned edges are also
available for an additional charge.
6. Prototype chips placed with
mass production order available for no extra charge. Prototype chips are sample
chips using your custom artwork. These allow you to see the final product before
the full order prints.
7. UV anti-fake technology, UV stickers, or UV ink printing for an additional charge.
8.Blind Drop service are
available.
9. Fastest Delivery, 2 weeks
maximum, from your approved artwork to recieved chips in your hands.
How to order:
Send an email Include your order number and
attach the artwork you would like to have printed along with any
instructions.
If
you need any assistance with artwork just let us know in this email - full
artwork design is not available for free.
An email JPG proof will be sent to you to show
the artwork that will be printed. This is the last step to make any changes
before the order prints.
Once you give the final "okay" on the JPG proof
the order will print and ship in about 1-2 weeks.
If prototype chips are requested they will be
printed and mailed after artwork is approved. We highly suggest prototypes for
all custom orders, though this process does add 1-2 weeks to the entire order
process.
9 Principle
of designing ceramic poker chips(100% original, please don't copy):
1. Make sure there is high contrast on chip
design.
For
example, inside color
compare with outside design, text compare
with background,
there must be a high contrast color, bright color contrast with dark color, e.g.
black contrast with white.
2. Avoid
some colors.
Purple, is easy printed
into red
or blue;
Black,
cannot be printed as pure dark black, because the ceramic chip itself is pure white chip,
so it easily be printed into dark grey..
3. Makes
artwork more complicated.
Simple
color print effect will be less beautiful as complicated artwork. Because we use
CMYK printing way, so make it more complicated can take 100% advantage of this
printing way for ceramic chips.
4. Gradient
color acceptable.
5. Background
levels
if the
artwork layers exceed
three, please send us picture in JPG format to confirm if it can be printed good.
6. Please
note the actual product will be a little dull compare with
artwork.
Neither one printer
can 100% print your photos effect,
nor a camera can 100% shoot the scenery you see in
your eyes.
Please try tounderstand there
is different between actual product and artwork.
7. Fluorescent
color,
silver or gold cannot be printed.
Because those
colors are
beyond 4 color processor of our printing machine.
9. How to
Avoid
offset center printing problem
please
avoid some
designs easy to look visually offcentre.,
such as adding outline on the chip, the outline happens offset center on the
vision easily. It will lead high waste rate if do so.
