WNS series of horizontal internal combustion boiler is the boiler hull type horizontal tri-backhauling internal combustion boiler designed by our technical professionals according to the advanced technology home and abroad, combined with practical experience.The boiler is fully automatic, the fuel after atomization by the burner forms the flame filling the whole waveform furnace, and via furnace wall to transfer the radiant heat, this is the first backhauling. The high temperature smog yields from combustion is concentrated in back combustion chamber and turns to the second backhauling, such as whorl flue pipe bundle area; after heat exchange by convection, the smog temperature gradually lowers and goes into the front smog chest, and then turns to the third backhauling, for example, bare pipe bundle area, and then passes through rear smog chest to chimney, and finally exhausts to the atmosphere.This series of steam boilers can greatly promote the boilers efficiency, save fuel and lower the operation cost, so as to reach the aim of high performance, gas saving and safety of the boiler. The said products passed the pyrological test from Shanghai Industrial Boilers Research Institute and the environment protection test from Shanghai Dust Equipment Inspection Center under National Environment Protection Bureau, that every performance target reaches the design requirement and totally in line with the national standard, and also passed the specialists certification from Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Bureau.
