We want to introduce our ZERO TWIST yarn to you, The Yarn is being manufactured regularly and being supplyied to Pakistani and international towel manufacturers who are using it in Terry product for making towels and bathrobes since over 2 years.NE : 12/S87% combed cotton and 13% PVANE : 16/S83% combed cotton and 17% PVANE : 20/S80% combed cotton and 20% PVAZERO TWIST YARN :-It is a high value yarn for towels. The towel made from this yarn (after dissolving PVA contents) is very soft to touch with high absorbency and sells at premium price. We offer the yarn from the best quality Japanese PVA for it whose quality is trouble free.The PVA which our supplier use dissolves at 65 to 70 degree Celsius during washing (before dyeing/bleaching ) of towel, as compared to much higher and incomplete dissolving temperature of most other kinds of PVA used by other suppliers.Main Counts:Main counts are 12/S, 16/S and 20/S combed. Can also be supplier in Carded. Our normal count range is Ne : 7/S to 20/S.
