3) Strong penetration liquid and gas filtering mesh:

Our materials for weaving stainless steel wire mesh (wire cloth)
are divided into Type 304, Type 304 L, Type 316 and Type 316 L.
Features:
1)Type 304:
Often referred to as `18-8` (18% chromium, 8% nickel) T-304 is
the basic stainless alloy mostly commonly utilized for wire cloth
weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting, and resists
oxidation at elevated temperatures up to 1400oF.
Typical applications for this wire cloth include use with chemicals,
food products, pharmaceuticals and conditions with exposure to moisture.
2)Type 304 L:
Type 304 L is very similar to T-304, with the difference being
reduced carbon content;which ensures better weaving and secondary
welding characteristics.
3)Type 316:
Stabilized by the addition of 2% molybdenum, T-316 is an `18-8` alloy.
Type 316 has better resistance to corrosion than other chromium-nickel
stainless steels where brine, sulfur-bearing water or halogen salts
(such as chlorides) are present.
A valuable property of T-316 is its high creep strength at elevated temperatures.
Other mechanical properties and fabricating characteristics are
similar to T-304.
Wire cloth woven from T-316 has extensive use in chemical processing,
especially when better corrosion resistance is required than for regular chromium-nickel
types.
4) Type 316 L:
Type 316 L is very similar to T-316, with the difference being
reduced carbon content;which ensures better weaving and secondary
welding characteristics.

Brass MeshMaterials: brass wire, copper wire, phosphor bronze wireFeatures:1)Copper wire:Copper wire offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It is non-magnetic,anti-sparking and is resistant to atmospheric corrosion, salt air and brine.Copper applications are limited due to its low tensile strength, and poor resistance to abrasion and common acids.2)Brass wire:High brass (70% copper, 30% zinc) wire and low brass (80% copper, 20% zinc) wire have much better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance
and lower electrical conductivity when compared to copper wire.
3)Phosphor bronze wire:This copper-tin (4 - 9% tin, approximately 0.25% phosphorous, with the balance copper) alloy wire is resistant to corrosion and wear and tear. It was frequently used in the past for manufacturing of fine mesh cloths.Brass wire cloth:Brass wire cloth is excellent for marine and outdoor applications due to its immunity to rusting and salt solutions. Brass wire mesh and cloth is an ideal mesh for fabricating gasoline filters and baskets for electro-polishing. It possesses greater strength than copper or bronze.Copper wire cloth:The primary usages of copper in wire cloth are in those applications requiring corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, spark resistance and non-magnetic properties. Copper wire cloth findswide usage in traveling water screens,radio frequency interference shielding, sugar
processing and marine applications.
