Mega size O Ring
Section vulcanized product in China, for Mega size, no
MOQ. The section vulcanization doesn't need the exclusive mold and it can produce
multi-sizes and small QTY for the mega size in the short time.
Once the inner diameter is bigger than 400mm, whatever
the inner diameter is 5M or 15M, we can vulcanize by section.
Comparison with the mold vulcanization, the surface,
accuracy and strength is equivalent (the joint strength keeps the
same as well) The molds for the O ring cross section between 3~20mm
are completely available.
Section vulcanization is the compound is vulcanized by
continuous section without joint. Once the cross section is the same, only one
mold is applied for any size of the inner diameter. For instance, the C/S is
10mm, the section vulcanization can produce any size o ring for the inner
diameter from 400 to 5000mm, even bigger than 5000mm.
