Our company was established in Nov.1990 and currently has about 600 employees, basic products are exported.The mainly products are as follows:Feather and down raws:we have feather and down processing workshop,four advanced automatic washing line and nearly twenty chamber sorting machines in single .four and six boxes .monthly output can reach 150 tons for high grade down , 400 tons for feather and low grade down . we also have our own lab to track the quality of each batch of feathers .Down bedding products : sewing machines 200 sets, monthly output can reach 150,000 pcsQuilted bedding products:82 single- needle quilting machines,230 relevant quilting machines and can produce 4000,000 pcs per month We adopts ERP management and have our own quality management department to check quality .We have OEKO-TEX certificate: Class I andWe already passed the factory audit from BSCI
