Introduction:
RAY-588 is a kind of additional type silicone gel special designed for optical encapsulating/packaging use which need stronge white color and reflective properties.
After cured, this silicone gel has very good reflective and white color and suitable for LED, lighting metal and some kinds of plastic mold side and backing coating use. ,

Operation process :
Weight : Take RAY-588A and RAY-588B with 1:1 weight ratio well mixed.
Feforming : place the mixture in vacuum vessel,kept
vacuum lower than 500 mg Hg.
Coating : Careful coat the silicone on the surface of the substance. During the coating process, must be careful to avoid occuring bubble.
Harden : Put the coated mold into the 80 oC over for 30 min to curing.
