TPE Anti-Slip Flocking Mat

Commodity: TPE Anti-Slip Flocking Mat Size : 60cm x 90cm x 9mm Net Weight: 2.59 kgs The flocking mat is made by using a high-grade high-density polymeric material TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) and is covered with a scraped, durable and high stiffness nylon fiber layer in the upper part of the mat, where the nylon fiber is flocked and planted onto the mat through special static work process. The property of flocking mat is totally differing from the traditional rubber mat. The advantages and properties of this product are as follow: 1. This product is made by high density TPE (density =1.50g/cm3) and weighs about 2.59KG per piece. It has an extremely good grip to stop slippage and is heavy enough to fixed securely on floor surfaces without movement. 2. This product is highly efficient and is capable in collecting and scraping dirt in either dry or wet conditions. 3. This product is very easy to maintain and to clean. One can easily wipe off the dirt, rinse with water, or scrub with a brush. 4. This product is totally recyclable and is environmentally friendly. 5. The ingredient of this product is free from heavy metal and halogens (such as PVC) and conforms to the world s environmental protection standards and regulations. 6. This product has several colors to choose from. 7. This product does not have the typical smell of rubber. 8. Customizable pattern designs based on customer`s special requirements are available (additional mold cost applies). 9. This product can be assembled if required. 10. This product can be used either indoors or outdoors.
