Compared with the design of conventional deaerator, it has reduced the heat dissipation loss and saved the heat preservation and pipeline expenses4. Long life and high reliability: since it has removed the deoxidization head, it avoids the stress cracks supported by the deoxidization water tank. As the heating steam conveys the water from the lower part, thus the overall operating temperature of the deaerator has dropped, while the metal weariness life prolonged.
