Water-Water Heat Exchanger
Water-water heat exchanger consists of front water chamber, pipe, canister and back water chamber. The heat exchanging tubes are connected by tenacity expansion and seal welding. An anti-dashing board is installed on entrance tube of water-water heat exchanger to prevent closed water from impacting the heat exchanging tubes directly.A guide rail is installed on the right tube bundle to reduce the friction resistance when the bundle is inserted into or pulled out from the canister. Inspection holes are designed on the front and back water chambers for checking and removing the rubbish and sand sludge in the chambers and for checking blockage in the tubes. Temperature and pressure measurement points are designed on both primary and secondary water inlet and outlet for checking the operation of water-water heat exchanger. Also, gas and water discharge ports are designed.A safety valve is installed on the shell side of water-water heat exchanger to avoid any overpressure due to water expansion by heating when inlet/outlet valve is closed.
