Boiler Start-Up Drain Flash Vessel is used to receive the max. trapped water amount during boiler start up and other trapped water discharge from the boiler scope, including superheated trapped water, reboiler trapped water, superheater and reboiler temperature reduction station trapped water, dust blower trapped water, air preheater trapped water and coal economizer discharged water etc. The secondary steam generated from the expansion vessel is vented to the atmosphere directly, while the water separated from the expansion vessel is recovered to water trapping box for reuse.
