Auto Pump Castings
Here, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. Sun Near is founded in 1972 and a ISO 9001/2000 certificated foundry factory in Taiwan. We have one set of automatic moulding line, 4 sets of F1 semi-automatic moulding lines, 2 sets of F2 semi-automatic moulding lines and 4 sets of F3 semi-automatic moulding lines with full set of Chemical Analysis and Physical testing equipments to control our foundry production. We are now making the castings for parts of ranges/burners/grates/plates/grills etc for commercial/household ranges (stoves) etc, pump parts, blower parts, bearing housings, pillow blocks, plummer blocks, elevator parts, water/ oil/ steam control valve parts, brake discs (rotors), brake drums, compressor parts, motorcycle brake liners, motorcycle cylinder liners, door closing cylinder casting bodies, boat parts, gear box casings, engine parts, fly wheels, engine manifolds, pulleys, speaker stands and many other machine/auto precision parts under cast iron material JIS G 5501 FC150~FC300 (I.S.O. R185 15~30, DIN 1691 GG15~GG30, NFA 32-101 Ft150~Ft300, ASTM-A48 Class 25~ Class45) and other materials as per customer s requests.
