Partitionis mounted at the back of the hearth in front of the convection check andforms the combustion ash room. Convection check is mounted at the back of thecombustion ash room. Burial boiler wall increases the air-tightness 3) Back arc and outlet block wall of the hearth are brick structured to increase the temperature in addition to expanding the fuel application 4) Manhole is not installed in the combustion ash room. Smoke flow speed may be increased appropriately, because the sole is mounted to exhaust the ash to the lower grate 5) Front wall water cooling wall and descending tube are mounted to increase the rigidity of the upper part 6) An aisle is reserved at the two sides of the convection check to reduce dead corners and to facilitate maintenance 7) A hidden door is reserved at the back of the left side of the second convection check. If necessary, the aisle can be reached through the hidden door 8) Compressed shell, stylish design9) Step-less motor and shift of the grates are necessary for the automatic combustion 10) Equipped with multifunctional meter control panel; the inspection display meter, the water supply automatic control panel, and the coal combustion control panel are for manipulating rotating speed on the operation table 11) Thermal data determination: subject to the determination of National Industrial Boiler Product Quality Inspection Center, the heated surface of the boiler is with reasonable configuration and large overload capacity of more than 10%.
