For the smaller retail bakery & confectionery outlets, food service & institutions, airline caterers and ship chandlers, Spectrum can supply in packaging as small as one kilo packs. Our customer base extends across SE and NE Asia and into the Indian subcontinent.
Spectrum supplies processed grains, oilseeds, legumes and pulses (wholegrain or hulled/degermed, raw or precooked, flaked, ground, kibbled, malted, or sprouted either as organic or non-organic); insoluble and soluble fibers; bread and cake premixes; processed nuts (whole kernels, natural or roasted/blanched, ground, diced, sliced, slivered or in form of nut pastes); processed fruits (candied, dried, dehy, pureed or as pastes or liquid concentrates in both organic and non-organic form); pastry/cake fillings and sweeteners, dough and flour improvers. |
